Enjoy a delicious hearty breakfast in our Tea Room, which is in the same building as our charming accommodations. While you dine you can watch ducks swimming on our shimmering pond. Our Tea Room can also be reserved for private lunch and dinner parties.

Our facilities are available for weddings receptions and other group events including business meetings. We can cater up to 40 people. Please call for special pricing on the events.

Our beautiful grounds with wonderful trees, duck pond, swings and places to sit and relax will make you feel like you like you did when you were young, when thoughts were simple and imagination was the best toy you had.

Gift Shop

Enjoy a delightful time browsing through the Gift Shop, where many unique items hand crafted by the Amish may be found. All of the Amish dolls we sell here are handmade by the local Amish women. We ask the ladies to sign and date each doll, and with each doll come an explanation of why there are no facial features.

We have also just obtained a limited number of unique hand crafted gifts from Amish
in other areas of the country. One-of-a-kind quilts stitched by hand can be custom ordered.

The Gift Shop offers a wonderful selection of Amish made jams, jellies, butters, dolls, Amish books, prints, lye soap, BBQ sauce, sorghum and much more. Items from both the present and past.

The Area

The Amish here in Webster County are "Old Order Amish", which means plain ways...buggies with no tops, no enclosed cabs, no rubber tires and plain black paint. Friendly people, they are interesting and make good friends and neighbors. The lifestyle of these good people provides a wonderfully interesting lesson for everyone on how they live their lives and as a reflection of how all of us lived and worked at one time in our history.

Amish Country Inn is only a 10-minute drive to the home of Laura Ingalls Wilder, author of Little House on the Prairie. We are a half-hour from Springfield and Basspro Shops Outdoor World and just 60 minutes or so from the Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City. Fantastic Caverns and Animal Paradise are also nearby!

The Amish Country Inn Bed & Breakfast is located on K Hwy at 745 E. Clinton (Business 60) on the south side of US 60 in Seymour, Missouri, about 30 miles East of Springfield, Missouri.
